Oxford (Oxonii), [1750]. Without vowel points. Verses are numbered, with every fifth verse additionally marked by a letter. With indications of open and closed sections, a list of chasarot ve-yeterot (in Latin), and a table of the haftarot for the entire year according to the customs of all communities. Separate abbreviated title pages for the Pentateuch, Former Prophets, Latter Prophets, and Writings. The first Hebrew Bible printed in the Kingdom of England, in Hebrew letters. A very rare edition, especially in such fine condition. The copy in the National Library of Israel was received from the Louis Winkel Rare Book Center of the American Jewish University.
