Deed of sale of a courtyard in the city of Fez, 1855 - Deed of sale for part of a courtyard in Fez, recorded in the name of Maharam Busidan, between the dayan Rabbi Yedidya Monsonego and the widow of the dayan Rabbi Menashe Ibn Danan. Fez, 1855. Signed by: Rabbi Yaakov HaKohen Skali and Rabbi Shlomo HaKohen. At the end of the deed there is an additional testimony regarding the cancellation of the sale and the return of the money to the buyer, as well as a note that the seller, Rabbi Yedidya Monsonego, subsequently resold his share of the courtyard to Rabbi Shaul son of Rabbi Menashe Ibn Danan.
