Autograph Letter, in the Hand and with the Signature of the Rebbe Rabbi Avraham Menachem Danziger of Alexander. 1978 - “Ein Machzikin B’machloket” (“One should not persist in dispute”). Rebbe Rabbi Avraham Menachem Danziger (1921–2005) was the sixth Rebbe in the Alexander dynasty, which before the Holocaust was considered the largest Hasidic group in the world. He was a member of the Moetzet Gedolei HaTorah of Agudath Israel. He was the son of Rabbi Yehuda Moshe Danziger of Alexander, son-in-law of Rabbi Bezalel Yair Danziger of Alexander, both descendants of the brothers of the Yismach Yisrael and Tiferet Shmuel. After the Holocaust, in which most of the Alexander Hasidim in Poland perished, led by the Rebbe Rabbi Yitzchak Menachem (the Akeidat Yitzchak), the surviving Hasidim who had immigrated to Israel appointed Rabbi Yehuda Moshe (author of Emunat Moshe) as Rebbe. After his passing in 1973, his son Rabbi Avraham Menachem was crowned as Rebbe. Under his leadership, the Alexander Hasidut expanded, establishing new centers in the United States and Europe. Upon his passing, his son Rabbi Yisrael Tzvi Yair Danziger was crowned the seventh Rebbe of Alexander.
