Following the title page appears a statement by Rabbi Ḥaim ben Yitzḥak Alfandari, who edited the work based on a manuscript of Tikkunei HaZohar written in the hand of the Ari (Rabbi Isaac Luria) himself, incorporating annotations by Rabbi Ḥaim Vital and Rabbi Shmuel Vital, which he discovered in Egypt. With an approbation by Rabbi Naftali HaKohen Katz, author of Semichat Ḥakhamim, written during his stay in Constantinople on his way to the Land of Israel — a journey he never completed, as he passed away there. A rare printing, produced in Orta Keuy, a suburb near Constantinople (Istanbul). [6], 160 leaves. Size: 19 cm. Condition: fair.
