By Rabbi Jacob [Lorberbaum], Av Beit Din of Lissa, author of Ḥavvat Da‘at, Netivot ha-Mishpat, and other works. Frankfurt an der Oder, 1813. First edition, printed during the lifetime of the illustrious author. The volume contains learned handwritten marginalia throughout. Although the annotations have not been researched, they clearly reflect the hand of a distinguished scholar, who at times even challenges the rulings of the great author of Lissa.
