Amsterdam, printed by the distinguished Abraham son of the venerable Raphael Hezekiah Attias. 5452 [1692]. Four parts in two attractive volumes. The first title page is set within an ornate copper engraving frame depicting scenes from the Bible. The other title pages feature illustrations of angels. On the two leaves following the title page appear the approbations of the rabbis of Amsterdam, Rabbi David Israel Attias and Rabbi Isaac Ḥayyim ben Dana de Brito, together with the words of the editors. The verses are numbered, and every fifth verse is marked with a letter. At the end are added: a table of haftarot for the entire year according to the customs of all communities; verses to be recited before and after the Torah, Prophets, and Writings; and the order of the weekly reading of the Torah, Prophets, and Writings so as to complete the entire Bible over the course of the year.
