Order of Prayers, Frankfurt, [1798] Rare miniature - Prayer book according to the Ashkenaz and Poland rite, with laws and customs in Yiddish. Frankfurt an der Oder, תקנ״ח [1798]. A siddur for the entire year—for weekdays, Sabbaths, and the High Holy Days— including Pirkei Avot, Torah portions, Shir Ha-Yiḥud, zemirot, the Counting of the Omer, and the Prayer of the Sea. The siddur follows the Eastern Ashkenazic rite (Polish custom), with variations noted according to the Western Ashkenazic rite. A particularly rare miniature siddur. 65; 66–387 leaves. 7.5 cm. Condition: good to very good. Signs of use and age staining. Simple binding without spine.
