One-Dollar Bill – Given from the Holy Hand of the Lubavitcher Rebbe
One-Dollar Bill – Blessed and Given by the Holy Hand of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson. With Personal Inscription and Story of Salvation – 1989

A one-dollar bill, blessed and personally handed by the holy hand of the Admor Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, of righteous memory.

The dollar before us was given in the year 5749 [1989] to an individual who was childless and turned to the Rebbe for a blessing for offspring. Following the blessing, his wife conceived, and their child was born in 5751 [1991]. A written testimony recounting the story is attached.

On the margin of the bill, the recipient inscribed in Hebrew:
"From the holy hand of the Admor, shlit”a."

The bill is laminated for optimal preservation and is in very fine condition.

The Rebbe’s Dollars:
The Lubavitcher Rebbe explained the unique spiritual power of these dollars, especially in bringing financial blessing. Just as when a drop from a cup of blessing is mixed into an entire barrel, the whole barrel receives the blessing, so too—even a single coin received from a tzaddik brings blessing to all of a person’s possessions. The Rebbe remarked that this explains the Talmudic statement (Bava Batra 15b): “Whoever receives a coin from Job is blessed”—for even a small amount from a righteous person brings abundant blessing to all of one’s wealth.
