VELMA SUCHARD - CHOCOLAT EXTRA FONDANT - Condition (1+) | Enamel sign / Porcelain sign, convex, stenciled and lithographed, Neuchâtel/CH around 1910, 33 x 66 cm, very rare version for the company's brand ”Velma” that showed a boy eating the chocolate joyfully. Size and typo are similar to the classic Swiss ”Milka-dog”. The stone for the lithograph must have been new for the production since we've never seen a Velma-Boy in such striking colors, also the preservation could hardly be better, the surface perfectly preserved, only a small enamelling error on the ”A” of the upper letter is to be mentioned - a very exquisit gem | We do only sell old original pieces - no reproductions or fakes.
