4711 - EAU DE COLOGNE - Condition (2) | Porcelain sign / enamel sign, convex, stenciled and lithographed, NL around 1920, 40 x 30 cm, the cologne was produced before 1800, and the fragrance has been sold under the 4711 brand since 1875. Not only in Germany, but also, as this example shows, among our Dutch neighbors. An early enamel work with a bold stencil, it already bears the brand logo that is still used today.
