INDUSTRIE GENEVOISE D'OPTIQUE - Condition (2+) | Old weather station, wooden corpus with two enamel signs as well as thermometer (replaced, working) and barometer, Geneve/CH around 1920, 25 x 40 cm, an exceptionally early advertising medium, both convex enamel signs are stenciled and lithographed in great detail. The larger of the two shows the silhouette of Geneva with the Alps in the background above a shop advertisement, with a compartment for business cards on which the smaller of the enamel signs is attached.
