BLUE BAND MARGARINE - Condition (1) | Porcelain sign / enamel sign, stenciled and lithographed, NL 1910/20, 36 x 50 cm, Vereenigde Blikfabrieken Amsterdam, a ‘Blauband’ lady that is second to none. In contrast to the better-known version by Heinr. Peters (Elberfeld), this is a high-gloss beauty produced in the Netherlands itself. The lithography of the skin areas is incomparably beautiful and still as colorful today as it was over 100 years ago.
