It appeals to people's desires, because the attraction of the Orient was undeniable at the time. Gevalia coffee apparently delivered what seemed unattainable. When I saw this sign for the first time several years ago, I could hardly believe my eyes. That must have been how it was for all those people decades ago when they were first presented the Rossi tin. This is undeniably a sign that arouses emotions.
