The name “Salon Chocolate” was no coincidence, as the products of this brand were considered fine confectionery at the time, which is also reflected in the production of this enamel sign. Using the finest enamel artistry, the image and lettering were stenciled thickly, almost like icing, and the surface is still as fresh as the day it was fired.
