Prometheus was a recurring and central motif in Kadishman's work - a theme highlighted prominently on his official website: https://new.menashekadishman.com/all-works/sculptures/prometheus/ He explored this theme through both large-scale environmental sculptures and more intimate smaller works, such as the sculpture we are offering. It is a powerful example of his thematic depth and creative range.
