It initially focused on daily-use porcelain wares. Later, it was acquired by the renowned Jewish artist Eduard Eichler (1830-1887). Part of the production was relocated to Berlin, Germany, in 1898.The manufactory is famous for producing ceremonial vases and porcelain sculptures. Early works are dominated by Neoclassical and Art Nouveau styles. Royal Dux remains in operation to this day.
