Letter from Rabbi Mordechai Zvi Horowitz of Hull, England. 1922 The letter is addressed to the editorial board of ”Kol Yisroel” in Jerusalem. He begs for an anuual discount. He describes at length how importnat the newspaper is for strengthening the orthodx Jewry but still considering his economic situation he asks for a discount. Rabbi Mordechai Zvi Schwartz was Rabbi of Hull, England and later in Cleveland Ohio. The Satmar rebbe Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum consulted with Rabbi Schwartz.
