Rabbi Mordechai Schiff to Rabbi Meir Cohen from Agudas Harabbonim of USA.  In his letter he informs Rabbi Cohen that he corresponded with his local Congressman regarding the Kosher Shechitah and that he explained to him that besides being the only way according to the Jewish law that it can be eaten, but also from a moral aspect, the Kosher Shecita prevents unnecessary pain from the animals.  Rabbi Mordechai Schiff son of Reb Chaim Zvi.
