There were around 50 Yeshivas in Romania in which thousands of bochurim learned Shas & Poskim and the four parts of Shulchan Aruch,   thereby continuing the golden chain of Jewish heritage... but now there are no more than 3 Yeshivos in the entire Romania who also are struggling and fighting to sustain.. A pleaing letter from the executive principals of the Yeshiva ”Mutsol Me'eish” in Cluj, 1947 two years after the Holocaust. Signed by the principal Rabbi Shmuel Abba Zimring and the secretary [Rabbi Asher Shmuel Katz?] son-in-law/s of the Rosh Yeshivah Rabbi Avraham Shlomo Katz Ab”d of Riskiva. They display in detail the poor Spritual state of the Orthodox Jewry in Romania which resulted in in founding the Yeshivah ”Mutzol Me'eish” with three prominent staff membrs -  Rabbi Shmuel Aba Simmering Ab”d of Bibular, son-in-law of Rabbi Avraham Shlome Katz Rabbi Asher Shmuel Katz - also son-in-law of Rabbi A.S. Katz Rabbi Nachman Cahana of Spinka
