Typewritten except for the signature. Rabbi Baruch Meir Klein (1873-1932) was a student of Rabbi Meir Perles and Rabbi Eliezer Zussman Sofer. Rabbi Baruch Meir was a chassid of the Admor Rabbi Mordechai of Nadvorna and immigrated to the United States in 1910, serving as a rabbi of the Achei Yehuda and Ohavei Emes congregations in New York.
