Breslov: An Hallachic question from Chassidei Breslov in Yerushalayim 1939.      Since the custom of the Chassidim in Eretz Yisroel is to lift the sefer Torah before the reading like the Sefardim, unlike the custom of the Chassidim in Europe who do it after the reading. The Breslov Chassidim in Yerushalayim sent this question to Harav Yosef Zvi Dushinski, the Chief Rabbi of Yerushalayim, as to which custom should they follow - especially since Rabbi Noson of Breslov writes in in Likutei Hallachos to do it after the reading.
