Meir Nesivim by the Holy Rabbi Meir Margulies Polonne, 1791. First Edition. * Both parts of the sefer Meir Nesivim by the holy Rabbi Meir Margolies, Av Beis Din of Lemberg and Ostroh. Part I: Contains 89 halachic responsa. Part II: Contains chiddushim on the Torah and on Maseches Berachos,  concluding with Likutei Torah VeRemazim. Rabbi Meir Margulies of Ostroh (d. 1790) was among the earliest members of the holy circle of disciples who cleaved to the Baal Shem Tov, referring to him in their sefarim as “my teacher and friend.” The sefer is endorsed by Chassidic leaders Rabbi Zusha of Anipoli, Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev, Rabbi Yosef of Kaminetz (a disciple of the Baal Shem Tov), and the Ohev Yisrael of Apta while still residing in Kolbasov. On leaf 4b, the author’s sons printed, in a special addition, chiddushim on Maseches Pesachim from the holy Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev, seven years before the publication of his famous sefer Kedushas Levi.
