Handwritten Letter of Blessings by the Chazon Ish Bnei Brak, 1939 * A handwritten and autographed letter by Rabbi Avraham Yeshayahu Karelitz, author of Chazon Ish, one of the great luminaries of the past generation and leader of Chareidi Jewry after the Holocaust. The letter was written just two days before Rosh Hashanah of 1939, and in it the Chazon Ish blesses with his famous beautiful language: “I bless you for a year of good life,  success in learning,  and siyata dishmaya in retaining your study.  May we all merit to see the return of Yisrael to Zion in song,  and everlasting joy upon their heads.  Signed with blessing, your well-wisher,  אי”ש.” A letter of blessings with such refined content is truly rare. Bnei Brak, 28 Elul 1939. Entirely in the holy handwriting of the Chazon Ish. Size: approx. 20×13 cm. Condition: Good; professionally restored, with light traces of old adhesive marks.
