Chassidus, First Edition: Ma’ayan HaChochmah by the Rebbe of Ostraha – Koritz, 1817 * A beautiful and in-depth commentary, based on Chassidus and Kabbalah, on Chumash, megillos, Tehillim, Pirkei Avos, the song “Kol Mekadesh Shevi’i (sung on Friday night), and more, written by the maggid Rabbi Asher Tzvi of Ostraha and Koritz , of the great talmidim of the Maggid of Mezritch and one of the prominent Chassidic leaders in his times. He was held in great esteem by the tzaddikim of his generation. His approbations appear prominently at the beginning of many Chassidic sefarim, including Me’or Einayim by the Rebbe of Chernobyl, Ohr HaMeir, Rav Yeiva, Maggid Devarav L’Yaakov, and others.
