Son of Rabbi Rabbi Hersh Leib of Palestine - Alik, Safed [son-in-law of the holy Rabbi of Graniv, son-in-law of Rashash of Frabisht]. Son of Rabbi Yosef David Malik. Son of Rabbi Zvi Aryeh Malik.

Author of Keter Malchut on the Torah and festivals and innovations of Shas.

Passed away on the first of Tevet sixth night of  Channuka 1910, buried in har hazeitim.
