The headline is highly unusual in view of the venue in which the article appeared, since the Havatzelet was the newspaper of the Orthodox Jews of Jerusalem. In the body of the story, the reporter refers to the matter and writes, 'In truth, when I am to myself, I am not at ease with the Zionist national movement, for the pious and the God-fearing have no need for false dreams and hopes... Nevertheless, Dr. Herzl, according to his spirit and taste, conceived a desire to acquire the faithful Judaism... lest they return to their folly and mingle with the nations... His intention, at least, was laudable, and for that reason he is worthy of blessing.
