A long and rare letter, unstudied - apparently of importance - was sent from Jerusalem, from the Hughes Hotel - 1847 [5607]. A hotel named after its German owners, operated for many years at 17 Jaffa Street, near the Garden of the City, in a building erected at the end of the 19th century. 4 pp. Very good condition. מכתב ארוך ונדיר, לא נחקר - נראה תוכן חשוב - נשלח מירושלים, ממלון היוז Hughes - 1847 [תר”ז] מלון שנקרא על שם בעליו הגרמנים, פעל במשך שנים רבות ברחוב יפו 17, בקרבת גן העיר, במבנה שהוקם לקראת סוף המאה ה-19. 4 עמ'. מצב טוב מאוד.
