Very Rare! - Two receipts from the Geula Company - the company founded by the Chovevei Zion to redeem land in Eretz Yisrael - receipts from the early days of the company's activity, Warsaw-Odessa, 1905. Geula was a company established in 1904 for the purpose of redeeming land in the Land of Israel. The company was established after it was decided at the general assembly of Chovevei Zion held in Odessa in 1902 that a committee be formed to engage in the purchase of land and its sale to private individuals. The committee was named the Geula Committee, Menachem Ussishkin was appointed its chairman and Meir Dizengoff its secretary.
