An issue covering the Siyum celebrations in Tel Aviv, at a gathering attended by over 3,000 people who celebrated in honor of the Torah in the streets of Tel Aviv. Featuring the participation of the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Shlomo Kahaneman, the Ponevezher Rov, who delivered the Hadran for the joy of the Siyum, a Hadran connecting to contemporary events regarding the horrors of the destruction and the hypocrisy of the nations after the war. Among the attendees and speakers at the exalted event was Rabbi Eliyahu Mazur, who was among the administrators of the Lublin Yeshiva prior to the Holocaust, and participated in the Siyum HaShas celebrations for the second cycle in Lublin. This issue contains interesting notices regarding the visit of the Rebbe, Rabbi Yehoshua Heschel of Kopytshnitz to the Land of Israel, and the arrival of the Rebbe, Rabbi Yaakov Halberstam of Chakova to settle in the Land of Israel. In one of the issues, a sharp expression of dissatisfaction by the Agudath Israel movement regarding the Bevin Declaration, in which he essentially rejected the request of US President Harry Truman to approve the immediate immigration of 100,000 Jewish displaced persons from the survivor camps in Europe.
