Vintage Pepsi-Cola Double Dot Brass Advertising Ashtray and Display Plate - This vintage advertising item was produced for the Pepsi-Cola Company as a combined ashtray and display piece. The item is a circular plate made of a yellow-toned metal, likely brass or brass-plated steel. It features two raised, wedge-shaped rests on opposite sides, each with three concave grooves suitable for holding cigars or cigarettes. A single mounting hole is positioned at the top edge for wall display. The center of the plate contains stamped and etched text including the vintage double-dot Pepsi-Cola script logo. The full inscription reads: A COLA NUT FROM THE WEST INDIES USED IN MAKING PEPSI-COLA COMPANY LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y.
