Constructed from printed cardstock in a standard fold-over format, the piece features a blue and cream color scheme. The front cover displays a red and white circular AC logo on a blue field above the text QUALITY PRODUCTS in blue block lettering. The reverse side contains advertising for RIVERSIDE OIL CO. and PURE OIL PRODUCTS, listing the business location as WABASHA and KELLOGG, MINNESOTA. Two smaller AC logos are positioned in the upper left and lower right corners of the reverse.
