(1939) David Zagoskin. "Skating rink" (In the Tauride Garden), 1939, color lithograph, sheet 57.2x45.5 cm, stamp of the Experimental Printing Workshop of the Leningrad Union of Artists on the reverse side, good preservation. Published "City of Akhmatova", p. 40.
Zagoskin David Efimovich (1900-1942). Member of the "Circle of Artists" society (1926-1929).
Studied at the Odessa Art School in 1916-1917 under K. Kostandi. In the Saratov VKHUTEMAS in 1918-1921. He taught at VKHUTEIN - IZHSA in 1922-1936, in ISORAM - 1926 - 1929, at LKhPT - 1929 - 1932. Died in besieged Leningrad.
The works are in the State Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Saratov Art Museum. A.N. Radishchev, the North Ossetian Republican Art Museum, the Museum of Russian Art in Kiev, museums in Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Odessa (Ukraine), Saratov, Cheboksary, etc.
