Manuscript by the Kabbalist Rabbi Ya'akov Chaim Sofer, Author of "Kaf Ha'Chaim" – Commentary on the Torah – Including Significant Textual Variations – [Baghdad, 1907]
A pamphlet handwritten by the Kabbalist Rabbi Ya'akov Chaim Sofer author of "Kaf Ha'Chaim". The pamphlet contains commentary on Parashot Korach and Chukat.
The commentary was part of sermons he used to deliver on Sabbath in Baghdad, since 1907. Many corrections, erasures, and additions on the margins and between the lines.
The kabbalist Rabbi Ya'akov Chaim Sofer (1870-1939), a disciple of Rabbi Abdallah Somech and Rabbi Yosef Chaim author of the "Ben Ish Chai". Rabbi Sofer was one of the scholars and Poskim of Babylon and Jerusalem, author of the series of books of "Kaf Ha'Chaim".
