We do not know when the picture was taken and at which event. We assume that is was taken during the laying of the cornerstone of one of the neighborhoods of Jerusalem.
Photographs of Rabbi Kook are rare and practically all of them are kept in public archive and are not offered for sale.
Therefore, this is a rare opportunity to purchase an original, beautiful and interesting photograph.
