The reports, fruit of the work of the commissions, the conclusions of the commissions and the memoranda that was submitted to them, deal with the causes of the 1936-1939 Arab Revolt in Palestine, the Jewish-Arab conflict in Palestine and the Partition Plan which was meant to resolve it, and include much statistical, historical and social information about the Yishuv, its development and institutions during the aforementioned period and about the Jewish-Arab conflict. They are accompanied by various sketches and maps.
